A well-established law firm is seeking a Call Centre Supervisor to oversee and support its Recoveries Call Centre. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supervising daily operations, maintaining team discipline, ensuring performance standards are met and providing essential administrative support within a high-volume legal recoveries environment.

Minimum Requirements:


  • Previous experience supervising or managing a call centre team (essential)

  • Strong disciplinary and people management skills

  • Experience within a recoveries or collections environment (highly advantageous)

  • Strong administrative and organisational abilities

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and general MS Office (essential)

  • Ability to manage high workloads and multiple processes simultaneously
