About the Role
Permanent role at Changi Business Park (Deployed to DBS). Mon - Friday (9am-6pm). Up to $6000 + Performance Bonus.
Job Responsibilities- Management of day-to-day operations of the sales channel including financial budgets, communications, training, sales/performance management & staff coaching & retention.
- Support & drive Team Managers on sales operational requirements, to achieve and exceed team productivity levels and sales targets.
- Initiate and execute motivation programs and track performance of teams, decide/plan fun incentives and competitions for Team Managers and Telemarketers.
- Monitor and improve Call Centre and channel management performance with other departments or divisions within the company and business partners.
- Take ownership on sales.
- Reporting to Management on performance and results.
