Call Centre Agent

Job Description/Duties:

• To communicate with new and existing clients
• Handle follow up and new leads and calls
• Taking Photos of vehicles to be loaded onto website
• Loading of vehicles onto company website

Minimum Requirements:

• Candidate must fully bilingual
• Must have a minimum of 2 Years Call Centre experience
in Dealerships
• Good communication/people skills and the ability to adapt
working in a high-pressure environment
• Ability to adapt working in a high-pressure environment
• Computer Literate in Word, Excel, and Office.
