Call Center Representative

Responsibilities

• Mag-handle ng queries and concerns ng Home Credit clients and external inquiries through phone.

Qualifications

• No work experience required!
• Willing to work in Vertis North, Quezon City (Maximum travel time of 1 hour)
• Excellent Communication Skills (Tagalog, English, and Written)
• Must have basic computer skills
• Should be able to multi-task, highly adaptable and assertive
• At least High School, Grade 10, or Vocational Course graduate
