About the Role

We are looking for a Call Center Agent to join our customer support team. In this role, you will handle inbound and/or outbound calls, assist customers with their inquiries, resolve complaints, and provide accurate information about products and services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries
  • Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions
  • Follow communication scripts and procedures

Qualifications

  • At least a college graduate or college-level
  • With or without call center experience
  • Good to excellent English communication skills
  • Willing to start immediately
