Answer calls, schedule appointments, take and send messages, reschedule appointments, confirm appointments, look up authorizations, fax, email.

Responsibilities

  • Handle 80-110 calls per day.
  • Manage patient intake and appointment scheduling.
  • Send and receive messages, fax, email.
  • Verify and look up authorizations.

Requirements

  • At least 1 year of call center experience.
  • At least 1 year of medical office experience.
  • At least 6 months experience with ECW.
  • Fast typing speed, at least 60 words per minute.
  • Reliable high-speed internet connectivity.
  • Patient, quick, smart, kind, responsive attitude.

Nice to Have

  • Spanish language speaker.

Hours

Monday – Friday, 7:45 AM to 5:00 PM. Lunch break: 30 or 45 minutes.
