Job Description
- Customer Support: Answer inbound calls, address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide product or service information.
- Data Entry & Documentation: Accurately record customer interactions and update account details in the company’s CRM system.
- Problem Resolution: Handle complaints, troubleshoot issues, and escalate complex concerns to supervisors or appropriate departments when necessary.
- Strong Communication Skills: Ability to speak clearly, listen actively, and convey information effectively to customers.
- Problem-Solving Abilities: Capable of identifying customer issues and providing quick, effective solutions.
- Technical Proficiency: Comfort with using call center software, CRM systems, and other communication tools to manage customer interactions.
