Caf Team Leader

About the role KWM Sydney boasts an in‐house café on level 60 of our CBD offices. The café services all employees and staff and often acts as an unofficial hub for staff, clients and guests. This role offers a Monday‐Friday gig, harbour views and a regular cohort of professional customers. The Team Leader will provide leadership to café staff and ensure outstanding food, beverage and customer service. Responsibilities include staff supervision and rosters, ordering, stock management and financial reporting, and maintaining highest standards of presentation and operations. Key duties include High level food and beverage service, including barista coffee service. Light food preparation duties.
