Cabling Manager - Fibre Networks

Join the GCU (UK) Ltd delivery team and take ownership of end-to-end fibre cabling projects across Scotland, ensuring each build is completed safely, efficiently, and to the required technical standards. You'll lead projects from survey through to handover, coordinating with civils teams, cabling, splicing and installation activities while keeping contractors and field teams aligned and supported.

Alongside this, you'll manage materials, permits, traffic management and access needs, helping to keep programmes moving and driving continuous improvement across delivery processes.

Regular travel to our operational sites is required to build effective relationships, gain insight into frontline operations, and develop a comprehensive understanding of the needs of our teams, clients, and stakeholders.
