Job Overview

Reporting to the Vice-President as the Cabinet Painter you are responsible for leading the day-to-day coordination of the paint line as well as applying paints and stains to cabinets according to specifications. You ensure work is efficiently completed in compliance with standard quality and safety protocols.

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

  • Applying paints and stains using various methods to surfaces including doors and cabinet parts.
  • Smoothing imperfections, touchup surfaces, and make minor repairs.
  • Ensuring quality of paint application is suitable for assembly.
  • Inspecting parts to ensure quality and uniformity can be attained.
  • Collaborating with team members to ensure timely project completion while maintaining quality standards.
