About the Role
Category Responsibilities:
+ Develop and own category strategy, including pack and pricing architecture aligned with Jobs-To-Be-Done (JTBD) and overall business objectives.
+ Support the Category Head in conducting Category Business Review (CBR) and performance tracking.
+ Contribute to core planning processes, including tracking mechanisms, S&OP, and Integrated Business Planning (IBP).
+ Lead price positioning by managing API/CPI alignment and ensuring competitiveness relative to Strategic Price Index (SPI).
