Design-led, purpose-driven, and rooted in culture - they’re scaling rapidly, and the product journey is just getting started.

The Role:

This is not your average buying role. You'll take full ownership of product curation across footwear, apparel, and gear, bringing in both established performance names and emerging innovators. You'll be deeply involved in trading the range, monitoring sales, stock flow, and margin and reacting quickly to performance.

There’s also the chance to help shape their own label roadmap, providing insight into gaps and opportunities based on community feedback, trends, and commercial data.
