Bone, trim and prepare beef, pork, lamb and poultry to customer specifications
Portion steaks, chops and other cuts accurately to required weights
Maintain food safety, hygiene standards and clean-as-you-go working practices
Ensure batch coding, traceability and correct storage within chilled environments
