IT Project Analyst - The Role

We are looking for a practical and organised IT Project Analyst to support a major project delivering a new Freight Forwarding Operating System. This role is focused on understanding how the business works today, helping document processes, supporting system changes, and working with users to make sure the new system works well in practice.
