About the Role

Our client is Canada's largest retailer. They are looking for a Senior Business Systems Analyst to drive business process clarity, organize requirements, and translate business asks into actionable technical documentation.

Duration: Until December , to start

Location: 3-4 days/week onsite in Brampton

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct stakeholder sessions with marketing and merchant teams
  • Document business requirements and translate them into structured functional specifications
  • Map business workflows and process gaps
  • Collaborate with Product Owners to refine and decompose requirements into delivery-ready stories
  • Track action items and maintain documentation discipline
  • Support adoption readiness and usability considerations
  • Partner with PMO to ensure clarity of scope and alignment
