Business Systems Analyst Digital Insurance Platforms Location: Toronto, ON Work Style: Hybrid; 3 days in office Role Description Bridge business and technology to deliver customer-centric, accessible digital solutions within insurance platforms. Key Responsibilities Elicit, analyze, and document business and system requirements. Translate business requirements into functional specifications and user stories. Analyze business processes, workflows, and user journeys. Collaborate with business stakeholders, UX designers, developers, and QA teams. Support Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, backlog refinement, and retrospectives. Facilitate User Acceptance Testing (UAT), defect tracking, and issue resolution. Ensure alignment with UX best practices and accessibility standards, including WCAG and AODA.
