Your role

The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the team to deliver their ambitious and complex service including:

• website updates and enhancements
• organising the delivery of our annual landlords conference and other communication events
• providing essential back office support to deliver regular, accurate performance reporting
• providing a triaging service to ensure landlords and tenants are directed to the correct support
