Location: Cop Lane Church Of England Primary School, Penwortham, Preston, Lancashire, PR1 9AE.
Position: Business Support Officer 5.
Type: Monday – Friday, 37.5 hours per week, term time only plus 5 INSET days. Salary is full‑time equivalent, paid on a pro‑rata basis.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, develop and implement financial and administrative services.
- Welcome parents and visitors and handle telephone enquiries.
- Maintain accurate records and update systems.
- Follow financial procedures for ordering and invoicing.
- Record dinners, trips and income using school systems.
- Manage invoicing and registers for the school’s breakfast and after‑school club.
