About the Role
What is the Opportunity? Reporting to the Director, Talent Acquisition, the Talent Acquisition Business Partner plays a key role in delivering full-cycle recruitment support. This is a strategic position focused on attracting top talent, building strong partnerships with hiring managers, and driving creative sourcing solutions.
What You’ll Do Here:
Conduct full-cycle recruitment for all open roles across Aecon's Utilities division. This includes sourcing, screening resumes, conducting telephone screens, interviewing, reference checks, and composing and extending job offers
Identify strategies and sourcing channels to build a pipeline of candidates for assigned portfolio
Establish connections, maintain and leverage a professional online and social media presence, and prospect talent through your network
Provide trusted advice to hiring managers by using diverse interviewing and assessment techniques to validate candidate experience levels
