The Partner Strategy & Operations team supports Databricks' robust ecosystem of Cloud, SI, and ISV partners, working with the Databricks Partnerships team. Our team is laser-focused on driving operational scale in an extremely high-growth environment. The Role

  • You will play a key role in scaling the operational backbone of Databricks' partner ecosystem. In this role, you will own partner operations workstreams end-to-end - from process execution and systems management to reporting and cross-functional coordination - with impact spanning the Partner Strategy & Operations sub-function on a 6–12 month horizon, measured by efficiency gains, partner data quality, and cost/time savings across the partner ecosystem.
