Business Manager

Our multinational client, who provides technology-driven solutions to improve productivity and operational efficiency within the agricultural sector is looking to hire a Business Manager to join their team in Ghana. Reporting to the Regional Director of Operations, you will be responsible for overseeing farm mechanisation and equipment financing operations, working closely with internal teams and a network of field service providers and technical partners. You will also be responsible for driving revenue growth, ensuring operational efficiency, managing risks, and building sustainable income opportunities for stakeholders across the agricultural value chain.
