Business Manager/ Children's Respite

Ability West provides high-quality services and supports to children and adults with intellectual disabilities and autism throughout Galway.

Purpose of the Role

 Lead the planning, development and implementation of key projects and business cases focused on children's services, including respite service provision, schools and, service development and business case preparation for equine -assisted supports.

The role will involve reviewing current structures within children's services identifying gaps, developing best-practice models, working with stakeholders such as the HSE, and supporting staff teams through change, training and skill transfer.
