The Role: We're looking for a Business Intelligence Engineer to join our Data & Analytics team in Barcelona. You'll be at the heart of how Impress understands its business — building the data models, dashboards, and self-service tools that Clinical, Commercial, Operations, and Marketing teams rely on every day. This is a great opportunity for someone with 2–4 years of experience who wants to grow fast in a role that blends solid engineering craft (dbt, SQL, modelling) with real business impact.
