Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Business Integrator and Change Management Lead to join a major transformation project on behalf of a leading global consultancy. Our enterprise client is currently undergoing a large-scale implementation of SAP SuccessFactors.
This is not a technical configuration or coding role. Instead, you will act as the vital bridge between the technical implementation teams and the business operations. You will be directly responsible for aligning SuccessFactors capabilities with the client's core HR processes, driving user adoption, and managing the human side of this major digital transformation.
