- Responsible for Talent Acquisition (Bulk hiring / mass recruitment)

- Managing end to end employee life cycle

- Partnering with business Heads to identify the current and future needs

- To ensure continuous flow of competent talent in the zone

- Ensuring robust utilisation of multiple sourcing channels and reviewing its effectiveness periodically

- Meet the headcount plan in sync with Business requirements for the zone

- Evaluate sourcing mix and adopt appropriate strategy for the Zone

- Reviewing and providing periodic feedback to the team and driving them towards consistent delivery

- Establish and develop effective working relationships with all stakeholders by rigorously creating and sharing the recruitment updates and dashboards every week with Business stakeholders.
