About the Role

As a Business Development Representative, you’ll be responsible for identifying, qualifying, and closing new business opportunities with small to mid-sized companies. You’ll be selling (e.g., LTL/partial, FTL, last-mile delivery, white glove/expedite, warehousing, drayage, or technology-enabled logistics solutions), building long-term relationships, and working closely with operations and account development departments to ensure client satisfaction. The focus will be targeting a customer base with predominantly spot freight opportunities.
