Business Development & Referral Partnerships Representative (Part-Time) Caring Transitions  is seeking a relationship-driven professional to support our growing presence across East Jacksonville, St.

Augustine, and Palm Coast.

We help seniors and families navigate life transitions with compassion—specializing in downsizing, relocation,  space planning , home cleanouts, and estate sales.

This flexible  part-time role  focuses on building trusted referral partnerships and representing Caring Transitions within the community. Availability is needed between  9:

• 00 a.m. – 2:00 p.m.


• Monday through Friday  for consultations, community visits, and marketing activities.  We’re flexible on which days you work—you can select a schedule that fits your life (such as M/W/F), as long as you’re available during our core hours on those days.
