About the Role

Responsibilities

  • Secure 5–10 LOIs (Letters of Intent) monthly across the MCI group.
  • Conduct at least 3 agency credential presentations/discussions monthly across 4 business units.
  • Achieve 1–2 new client accreditations or re-accreditations monthly.
  • Close ₱6M worth of new business by the end of the year (January 1 – December 31, 2025).
  • Conduct regular health checks on closed accounts with BU Heads.
  • Immerse yourself in active campaigns to provide future support or management assistance.
  • Mentor junior account managers in account management and strategic growth.
  • Improve and implement account management procedures by sharing field insights, best practices, and productivity strategies.
  • Contribute to business development through marketing, partnerships, and agency visibility.
  • Participate actively in internal corporate culture-building initiatives.
