Business Development Manager (Santiago de Querétaro)

We are looking for a Business Development Manager with a strong hunter mindset, focused on driving real business growth.

This role is responsible for identifying and closing new business opportunities, building a pipeline from scratch, opening strategic markets, and converting prospects into long‑term customers.

Responsibilities

• Knowledge of automotive plastics processes and the commercial dynamics with OEMs / Tier1 suppliers
• Actively prospect new customers within the automotive plastics industry
• Generate and close new business aligned with the company's capabilities
• Develop and implement commercial strategies to drive growth
