About the Role

On behalf of our client, we are seeking a Business Development Manager who will be responsible for driving revenue growth and expanding market share within the East African Community (EAC). This position involves identifying new leads and nurturing long-term client relationships. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute sales strategies tailored to the Kenyan, Ugandan, and Tanzanian markets. Identify and convert high-value leads through networking and cold outreach. Manage the full sales pipeline from initial contact to contract negotiation and closing. Conduct market research to stay ahead of regional competitors and pricing trends. Collaborate with marketing teams to localize promotional campaigns for different territories. Requirements Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
