Report to: Head of Sales Seniority Level: Mid Career (2 - 4 yrs exp) Type: Permanent Duties and Responsibilities: BDMs can manage the ‘power base’ within the ‘Buying Centre’. They are accomplished in Solution Selling. Articulate the client’s ‘compelling business need’ and develop a solution that satisfies critical elements. Lead demand-generating sales activities in the assigned market. Build relationships with Principal Vendors and negotiate pricing & procurement control. Coach and mentor subordinates in effective operations practices.
