Business Development Manager

Job Description: Identify, develop, and convert new business opportunities to achieve sustainable sales growth. Manage and expand relationships with existing and prospective Commercial & Industrial (C&I) customers within the assigned territory. Respond promptly and professionally to customer enquiries by providing accurate information on the company's products, solutions, and services. Assess customer requirements and prepare tailored technical and commercial proposals, including quotations. Develop and execute effective sales strategies and business development plans to achieve individual sales targets. Build and maintain strong customer relationships by addressing enquiries, resolving complaints, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction while safeguarding the company's interests.
