Drive revenue growth across the GCC by identifying, developing, and closing new business opportunities with medium to large organizations. Build and maintain strong relationships with C-suite executives, HR leaders, and key decision makers. Execute a consultative sales approach positioning certification, benchmarking, and insight-based solutions as strategic enablers. Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting and qualification to proposal, negotiation, and contract closure. Develop territory and account plans aligned with regional growth objectives. Partner closely with marketing and client success teams to ensure effective lead generation and long-term client retention. Represent the organization at industry events, conferences, and networking forums across the GCC. Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and regulatory developments impacting people practices in the region. Maintain accurate pipeline forecasting and reporting through CRM tools.
