About the Role

Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Business Development (BD) professional with strong engineering knowledge and industry networks to originate, develop, and secure EPC projects. The role focuses on project sourcing, client engagement, tender development, and strategic partnerships, working closely with engineering and project teams. 
Key Responsibilities Business Development Identify new EPC project opportunities 
Leverage industry networks, consultants, developers, and owners to secure project leads 
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, consultants, and authorities 
Track market trends, competitors, and upcoming projects 
Engineering & Technical Engagement Understand project technical requirements and align client needs with engineering solutions 
Work closely with engineering, design, and estimating teams during pre-tender and tender stages
