About the Role
An established manufacturing and Design & Construct business is seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to support continued growth across NSW.
This role is focused on early-stage project identification and relationship development, working closely with builders, architects and consultants to secure front‑end engagement on upcoming data centre and complex commercial projects. It will suit a proactive, market-facing BDM who is comfortable working upstream and influencing projects before tender.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and qualify new project opportunities using BCI, EstimateOne and other market intelligence platforms Proactively approach builders, architects, consultants and developers to introduce the business and secure early involvement Build and manage a strong pipeline of opportunities, tracking project stages, tender timelines and key decision-makers Conduct meetings with builders and architectural pr...
