The Role

We're looking for an experienced Business Development Lead to drive new enterprise customer acquisition for Jobstreet Singapore. This is a player‑coach role where you'll own a portfolio of enterprise accounts while leading and mentoring a small high‑performing team. You'll be responsible for bringing new enterprise logos into Jobstreet's full suite of talent solutions. This role reports into the Sales Director for Jobstreet Singapore.

Job Description

  • Hunt & Close : Identify, prospect, and close new enterprise customers based in Singapore
  • Lead by Example : Manage and mentor a high‑performing team of 2 sales professionals (1 enterprise, 1 SME), driving performance through coaching and hands‑on guidance
