What You Will Be Doing

Driving Business Growth

  • Lead regional sales and business development activities to achieve ambitious revenue, utilisation, and growth targets.
  • Identify, develop, and convert new business opportunities through proactive engagement, networking, and market intelligence.
  • Manage the complete sales cycle, from opportunity identification through to contract negotiation and award.
  • Develop and execute strategic sales and account plans that deliver measurable business growth.
  • Secure approved vendor status and establish Master Service Agreements (MSAs) with key target clients to maximise ROV utilisation and long-term value.
