Business Development Lead

The LHR Group is hiring an Investment Manager for a large family office in Bangalore, who wil work closely with the portfolio companies for their growth and success.

The KRAs will include:

• 
  Partner with Founders and management of portfolio companies to devise long-term business strategies, define North Star metrics, and break down complex goals into actionable quarterly and monthly targets
• .Monitor business performance, identify challenges, and support execution of key initiatives to drive growth
• .Lead acquisition-related activities, including evaluating target companies, conducting due diligence, and supporting integration after acquisitions
