Business Development Intern - ShopeeFood (August 2026 Intake)

Job Description

• Assist in merchant self‑registration tasks, including educating merchants on system requirements and guiding them through the onboarding process
• Review and verify merchant documents to ensure compliance with ShopeeFood’s guidelines
• Monitor social media communications with merchants and promptly respond to their queries
• Collaborate with Merchant Ops to identify duplicate submissions, enhance submission quality, and minimize rejection rates
• Support lead generation for the self‑registration channel through marketing initiatives and social media engagement
• Analyze data and patterns to provide insights to improve the merchant onboarding experience
• Participate in marketing and engagement initiatives, such as pitching ShopeeFood’s Welcome Package and assisting in promotional campaigns to attract new merchants
