About the Role
The Business Development Associate plays a key role in identifying, qualifying, and developing new business opportunities in Contract Logistics (warehousing, distribution, and value-added services).
This position supports the sales cycle from lead generation to proposal preparation and ensures a strong pipeline of prospects aligned with company strategy.
Responsibilities Research and identify potential customers in target industries (e.g. automotive, home appliances, CPG, retail, e-commerce, etc.).
Qualify leads and schedule meetings with potential clients.
Support the preparation of customized proposals, quotations, and presentations.
Work closely with related teams to develop cost models and tailored solutions.
Maintain accurate and updated records of leads and opportunities in the CRM system.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
