The role The BD Executive - Training Transformation Services (TTS) is responsible for driving profitable growth across Raytheon UK's Training Transformation portfolio, supporting the execution of the TTS strategy under the direction of the Head of Business Development - Training Transformation. The role focuses on business development, capture leadership, and customer engagement within the UK Defence training ecosystem, shaping opportunities from early concept through to contract award and transition to delivery. You will manage and grow existing contracts, identify and mature new opportunities, and position Raytheon UK as a trusted partner for end-to-end training transformation, including digital learning, synthetic training, live/virtual/constructive environments, training systems integration, and enterprise training services.
