Responsibilities:
Ensuring customer satisfaction is achievedGenerating sales revenue through new and existing customers.Determine each customer’s needs by asking questions and listening.Prepare presentations, proposals and sales contracts.Resolves customer complaints and other matters.Keep abreast of new products and their benefits to customers.Develop and maintain sales materials and current product knowledge.Responsible for the collection of payments from customers.Provide timely feedback to the manager regarding customers’ feedback.Work proactively with other team members.Weekly and monthly reporting, attending meetings and training.Other duties as assigned.
