Position Overview

Role: Business Development Consultant
Pay: £27,000 – £29,000 + Commission
Location: Liverpool Office 2 days a week, 3 days remote working.
Office Times: 07:00 – 16:30

HCRG Workforce Solutions is looking for a commercially driven Business Development Consultant to join our Recruitment Services Team. This role is ideal for someone with recruitment or sales experience who thrives on building relationships, identifying opportunities, and helping grow our presence across Community, Nursing and Private Healthcare sectors.
