Key Responsibilities:

  • Call potential leads provided via performance marketing campaigns.
  • Understand customer needs and pitch relevant skincare products.
  • Follow-up on cold and warm leads regularly to ensure high conversion.
  • Explain product features, benefits, usage, and offers clearly.
  • Maintain a daily call and conversion tracker using CRM or Excel.
  • Meet weekly and monthly sales targets.
  • Resolve queries and objections professionally and confidently.
  • Coordinate with the marketing and logistics team for smooth customer experience.


Requirements

Required Skills:

  • Proven experience in tele sales, customer service, or inside sales.
  • Strong communication skills in English and Hindi (additional regional languages are a bonus).
