What you'll be doing
Acting as a first-line compliance partner for Wealth & Trading, with a primary focus on marketing communications and financial promotions
Reviewing and approving marketing materials to ensure they are fair, clear, balanced, and not misleading, with appropriate risk disclosures and disclaimers
Advising on the regulatory differences between marketing materials, investment research, and investment advice, and how each should be treated in practice
