The Business Centre / Innovation Hub Assistant plays a key front-of-house role , ensuring smooth operations of meeting rooms, auditorium, and event spaces while delivering exceptional hospitality and service experiences to tenants and guests.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage day-to-day operations of the Business Centre & Innovation Hub, including meeting rooms, auditorium, and events, with high hospitality standards .

Coordinate IT, audio-visual requirements, seating arrangements, and F&B services , ensuring seamless guest experiences.

Support tenants and guests with IT connectivity, personalized service, and event assistance.
