About the TeamThe Search Operations team aims to improve search user experience, contribute significant DAU impact to the products and drive for increase in traffic and GMV. - Responsible for being a Thought Leader with the senior management team of the APAC search team proactively identifying key business opportunities for the team.
- Responsible for delivering projects of varying lengths, covering topics like organizational planning, quality management, employee engagement, process improvement, and other cross-department priorities.
- Responsible for providing business insights and structural initiatives to our APAC search leadership team.
