Business Analytics Engineer (Tijuana)

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with team members for the purpose of collecting data and executing the company’s mission
• Analyze business requirements and processes and recommending them to the management for implementation
• Create and maintaining documentation that includes the Dash boards, KPI’s, etc. for the organization decision making process.
• Identify the development needs for the purpose of streamlining and improving the operations of the organization for efficiency and profitability.
• Uses available data to analyze past data and make operations easy.
• Help creating and assessing the WMS processes in the Distribution Center, driving and owning testing scenarios of WMS different project implementations.

Requirements

• 3 years on a similar role
• Advanced English
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and usage (ability to use spreadsheets, graphing, tables, calculations, etc).
