Requirements Mandatory experience as Telecom B2B Business Analyst Strong exposure to Voice domain projects & programs Experience in Business & Process Analysis work-streams Strong stakeholder management skills Ability to understand technology impact on business processes Expertise in eliciting business requirements and documenting To-Be processes Strong in modeling complex business processes (As-Is & To-Be) in process repository Ability to perform deep data analysis to support requirements, prioritization, and outcome prediction
