Business Analyst

Own end to end business analysis delivery across the project lifecycle, ensuring alignment between business objectives, requirements, and technology solutions. Lead requirements elicitation, analysis, and documentation (epics, user stories, process models), ensuring clarity, traceability, and business sign off. Act as a key liaison between business, product, and technology stakeholders, driving collaboration, managing dependencies, and ensuring timely delivery. Drive solution design and process improvement by analyzing current state, identifying gaps, and defining scalable future state solutions. Support testing and implementation (SIT/UAT), ensuring end to end validation, defect resolution, and smooth production rollout. Ensure governance by managing risks, reporting progress to leadership, and maintaining audit ready documentation aligned to enterprise standards.
